Children aged two to 12 years old participated in the first ever Superkids Club Coloring contest launched by Jollibee Saipan Saturday, gathering over 50 kids who displayed their shading artistry.

With a piece of Jollibee sketch and a set of crayons, each child used his or her imagination in giving life to the otherwise bland picture.

After 30 minutes, the kids were ready to show their work to Mom and Dad, as well as the contest judges.

At the end of the program, Trinity C. Feliciano, Jennie Lou Muria, Nikki Canape, Beverlyn Domine, Joana Palero, and Sheila Maalihan were proclaimed winners of the first Superkids Club coloring competition.
Their works were judged based on color combination, evenness of color, originality, and presentation and neatness.

Winners received gift certificates courtesy of Jollibee Saipan and $10 worth of gasoline from Shell Marianas.

Contest judges included two Saipan Tribune reporters and Mount Carmel School teacher Rolando Zepeda.

The Jollibee Superkids Club members also elected their very own club officers during Saturday’s special activity.

The activity was slated to promote kiddie friendships as well as to nurture whatever artistic abilities the children may have.

“Part of our emphasis is on learning aside from promoting clean fun among kids,” said Jollibee Saipan Manager Beth Baylosis.

Those interested to become Superkids Club members only need a $5 minimum purchase at Jollibee Saipan to get an application form.
