Search for outstanding high school students
The Saipan Junior Chamber, through the Saipan Mayor’s Office, is seeking for outstanding students from Saipan, Rota and Tinian to represent the CNMI in the 19th Student Exchange Program to Korea.
Organizers said 19 slots are available for Saipan and three each of the island municipalities of Rota and Tinian.
To qualify, applicants must be honor students in their schools, willing to learn the Korean culture, must have a valid passport until February 2001, and willing to pay $200 for mandatory entrance fee.
Deadline for submission of requirements along with recommendation from the school is on July 5 and students will be selected based on their qualification.
