PIC's Outstanding Employees
Pacific Islands Club recently recognized its July Employees of the Month along with Supervisor and Manager of the Quarter. PIC congratulates these employees for their outstanding efforts and dedication to the PIC team.
PIC honors Eddie Kim, one of the month’s outstanding employees. Eddie joined PIC in November 1999 and works for the F&B Department as waiter in the Magellan Restaurant. Arriving from Russia, Eddie quickly adapted to life in Saipan. He demonstrates exceptional work habits throughout his everyday performance on the job and never forgets to offer a friendly smile.
Arman Reyes is also honored as July Employee of the Month. Arman has been working in the Engineering Department and specializing in pool maintenance for over tow years. Arman is quick to volunteer whenever others night need help., and he often speaks out additional responsibilities and continuous hard work makes him an excellent part of PIC.
Rebecca Alarilla was hired as a waitress in July 1990. She was promoted F&B supervisor on July 11, 1996. Having chosen as Supervisor of the Quarter, Becky has once again proven her unwavering dedication to her job and PIC. Da in day out, she is always there to ensure service is excellent. Becky showcases her high standards with her flexibility and willingness to work whenever necessary to make sure things are done right. For over 10 years now, Becky has been an exemplary part of the PIC team.
PIC also honors Edwin Menez as Manager of the Quarter. Edwin has been a steady force in the culinary side of Food and Beverage since he was hired in January 1993. In 1995, he was promoted sous chef. He continues to work with dedication to ensure that guests are well taken care of in all their dining experience. He is well respected by all the staff and takes extra special steps to ensure all their needs are met and always promote positive environment both for the guests and staff alike.
