Application for EAP extended to Sept. 15

The scholarship Advisory Board is informing the public that the Educational Assistant Program (EAP) application has been extended to Sept. 15, 2000. This is strictly for EAP application. Application and all supporting documents must be received (not postmarked) no later than this date. This includes current applications as well as submissions.
For new and returning (those who did not receive in Fall 1999 or Spring 2000) applicants, the following must be furnished:
– Application (application must be completed)
– Acceptance letter into the institution
– Official sealed transcript
– Birth certificate from court or passport
– 1998 & 1999 copy of 1040CM tax form (parents or applicant)
– Certification letter into the education, accounting or nursing program (only if applicable)
Ongoing recipient (those who receive Fall 1999 or Spring 2000 award) must submit the following:
– Application (application must be completed)

– Birth certificate from court or passport
– Certification letter into the education, accounting or nursing program (only if applicable)
