The Division of Public Lands issued the Notice to Proceed to FPA Pacific Corporation to begin construction of the proposed roadways in the Marpo Heights subdivision expansion project.
The project would open roadways to the 130 house lots expected to be completed in 90 days, after which the Division will lottery the lots to qualified applicants.
