The Scholarship office is informing the general public that Educational Assistance Program (EAP) application for Winter and Spring 2001 is now being accepted.
Educational Assistance program application deadline for Winter and Spring 2001 is Dec. 15th. EAP application must be received or postmarked no later than the published deadline.
Supporting documents needed for processing are:
• Acceptance letter into the Institution
• Official Sealed Transcript from most recent school attended
• Copy of US Passport of Court issued Birth Certificate
• 2 or 3 years proof of residency (1997, 1998 & 1999 CM 1040 tax)
• Those majoring in the field of Nursing, Accounting and Teaching must submit certification letter from the department.
