Eco Camp is back for Christmas vacation. On Dec. 18 through Jan. 5 Eco Camp will feature weekly programs designed for kids ages 4 to 15. This past summer Eco Camp hosted over 250 kids from the CNMI, Japan, Palau, Guam, the Philippines, and Korea.

Camp features include swimming, snorkeling, go karts, golf, tennis, computers, volleyball, baseball, arts and crafts, music, hiking, dance and more.

“We are excited to have the kids coming back! We have designed a program that will appeal to all ages and we think we have something for everyone. We will be featuring pick up and drop off service for the kids, as well as an extended care program, buffet lunch option, computer network access, as well as a variety of sports instruction,” said camp organizer Chris Nelson

Eco Camp is located at the Mariana Resort and facilities include three swimming pools, baseball field, soccer field, arts and crafts center, go kart track, and short golf course.

“The kids usually go home happy and tired, we definitely keep them busy during their day. We separate the kids by age group and ability levels so that we can tailor the activities to each group. This keeps it fun, safe, and educational,” continued Nelson.

Eco Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with extended care available until 5:00 p.m. Eco Camp is priced at $85 per week, or $225 for three weeks. Pick up service is available from American Memorial Park and Capitol Hill Post Office.

To register online please go to http://www.ecocamp.mp or call Mariana Eco Camp at 322-0770 Ext. 413. Applications are available at Megabyte, Gold’s Gym, and the Marianas Trekking Office inside the Mariana Resort.
