Gov't extends hours to sell liquor
In accordance with 4 CMC, 5556, Governor Pedro P. Tenorio and Lt. Governor Jesus R. Sablan, through the Secretary of Commerce, hereby provide special notice to all Class-3 On-Sale establishment operators (licensees) that the hours to sell and serve alcoholic beverages are extended until 4:00 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2001. These extended hours are only for the evening of Sunday, Dec. 31, 2000 until 4:00 a.m. on Monday, Jan.1, 2001.

This authorization does not allow for any further expansion of the extended hours. Any abuse of the extension will not be tolerated.
