The Emergency Food and Shelter Program is a federal fund utility assistance program that is given to the Saipan Mayor’s Office to assist low income families and individuals who are in urgent need due to circumstances beyond their control.
This assistance is made available each year and is limited to one month assistance. Interested individuals must drop by the Saipan Mayor’s Office and obtain an application. The public is requested to summit the required documents on or before Jan. 2, 2001 for consideration.
