Passion Fruit Sangria
Make: 6-8 Portions
1 bottles dry white wine
3/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
3/4 simple syrup
3/4 cup passion fruit puree or juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 oranges, sliced into thin rounds
2 green apples, core and sliced thinly
2 lemons sliced into thin rounds
1 cup fresh blackberries, sliced into halves
Methods: Combine the ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate, to make it cool. Covered for at least 4 hours. Serve with crushed Ice.
Mango & Natural Yogurt drink (Lassi)
Make 4 portions:
8 cup Natural Yogurt
4 cup Fresh Mango slice or Mango Pulp
4 Tablespoon white sugar
3 cup water
Crushed Ice
Method: In the mixing Blender put all the ingredients and blend to a smooth shake.
