Authorities arrested Thursday 19-year-old William Mark Faisao, under suspicion for sexually assaulting his nephew.
The child reportedly sustained injuries in the rectum area.
According to police, a lady residing in Dandan summoned for police assistance last Thursday, reporting that her child was sexually molested by the suspect.
The minor was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
