Wabol, Tilipao tops RGA monthly ace

The Refaluwash Golf Club March championship belongs to the pair of Joe “Chuparium” Wabol and Louie Tilipao who both outlasted 14 other golfers with identical five-under par net scores of 67s last Sunday at the Coral Ocean Point Resort golf course.

Tilipao, who many thought had hung up his golf hat forever, came over otherwise with a flurry by firing the five-under beauty. RGA officials would like to welcome new members Reno Celis, Commonwealth Ports Authority executive director Carlos Salas, Joe Limes, Alex Aquininoc, John Mettao, and Louie Tilipao.

Upcoming on the RGA tour is this coming Sunday, May 16, for the May qualifying Tournament. Check in time is scheduled for 11am and tee off time is 12pm. Space is limited to 16 slots, so participants are requested to register early to secure a place.
