Chong Eniser is CPA’s employee of the quarter
Chong Eniser, a gardener/operator-I of the Commonwealth Ports Authority‘s Landscaping Department has been chosen as the agency’s Employee of the Quarter for the first quarter of 2004.
The CPA’s Employees Incentive Committee selected Eniser as the Employee of the Quarter from five nominees representing five departments whose names were submitted to the committee by their respective department supervisors.
Eniser was nominated by his supervisor, Donald L. Pangelinan, and was unanimously chosen by the committee.
“Mr. Eniser has demonstrated exceptional performance and completes his assignments satisfactorily without hesitation,” said Pangelinan. “He is a no-nonsense, behind-the-scene type of employee who performs his best. He is an asset to CPA and I am happy to have him in my department.”
As Employee of the Quarter, Eniser is entitled to a day of administrative leave and a $100 cash prize. Also, he is automatically entered as a nominee for the Employee of the Year representing CPA, which will be selected after the employee of the 4th quarter is chosen.
