In “Letters To The Editor” Ambrose Bennett indicates or your reporter indicates that he was elected by the teachers. This is untrue. Mr. Bennett was appointed by the Governor for political reasons that I have yet to figure out.

Mr. Bennett was appointed by the Governor for political reasons that I have yet to figure out. The majority of the teachers did nothing to put Mr. Bennett into his present position.
