Liberation Day fest proposals deadlines set

The 2004 Liberation Festival Queens Committee announced the deadlines for proposals for upcoming events.

Committee chair Rose T. Ada said proposals are still being accepted for the decoration of the July 4th parade Royal Float, opening night decorations, as well as decorations for the Royal Coronation and the Queen’s Ball.

Deadline for submission of proposals for the opening night ceremony is June 1 while deadlines for the Royal Coronation, Queen’s Ball, and Royal Float is on June 29.

Ada also announced that bands interested in entertaining guests at the Queen’s Ball to submit quotations by June 29.
