The 2004 Pan Pacific Masters Games will be held on the Gold Coast of Australia from November 6 to 14.

The Pan Pacific Masters Games, or PanPac, was formerly known as the Asia Pacific Masters Games. It returns to the Gold Coast this year and promises to be the biggest and best Masters Games the Gold Coast has ever seen with over 45 sports being offered.

The Games is open to participants 30 years and over. Spectators can also come along and join in the fun and festivities of the eight-day sporting event.

According to the PanPac website, there are no qualifying standards or requirements to compete in the Games. To enter you only need to ensure that you reach the minimum participation age (30 years old) for your chosen sport to be eligible to enter.

The Pan Pacific Masters Games is an event now staged every year alternating between the cities of the Gold Coast, Queensland and Sacramento, California. This sister-city partnership will bring participants international masters games experience.

Those interested can avail of the early bird discounted entry fee of just $60 provided they submit their payments before August 6. After the deadline the entry fee increase to $80.
