The 8th Saipan and Northern Islands Municipal Council recently presented commemorative resolution congratulating and commending Guadalupe Tenorio Attao for graduating at Boise High School in Idaho with a weighted grade point average of 4.020, and for bringing honor and distinction to the people of the CNMI.

Attao enrolled at Boise High School on Aug. 27, 2001, and graduated on May 27, 2004. During her high school at Boise she was a straight “A” student, and graduated at the upper 10 percent of the senior class comprising 345 graduating students.
