It’s time to don the board shorts and slather on the sun screen because it’s time to show your skills on the Flow Rider as the Point Break Series Challenge is back again at the Pacific Islands Club.

Beginning this Saturday, July 17, the “totally rad” will be separated from the “totally bad” as contestants will battle the gnarly man-made currents over the course of the three-month competition. Entrants should be so stoked to know that on Saturdays, July 17 and 31, August 14 and 28, and September 11 that they can boogie on down to the PIC for all of the events.

There will be singles, doubles and big trick competitions throughout the tri-month series that is sponsored in part by Coca Cola. Betty’s and Tommy’s will be grouped into age divisions 12-and-under, 13-17, 18-34, and 35-and-over as they ride the aqua-mation superhighway to keep the little dudes from showing up the big dudes.

To be a part of all of the awesome action, groove on down to the PIC information counter and pick up an entry form. The good news is that you’ll only have to part with a few green backs to ride the board that they wax. It’s only $10 to enter one any one of the events, but if you can part with 30 Washingtons, you will be entered into all five surf-offs and granted special discounts and PIC facility privileges.
