The Tinian Junior/Senior High School was the recipient of a water fountain recently donated by the First Lady’s Association.

The association turned over the water fountain on July 12. Employees of the Tinian Mayor’s Office Outreach Program helped unload the equipment.

The school administrators have already decided where to place the water fountain so it would be available for the students once the new school year begins.

“It is pleasant to see the community donating supplies to our school, especially when we are in need of materials. These contributions, big or small, make a large difference to the students and staff of Tinian Junior/Senior High School,” school officials said.

The school expressed its thanks to the founder of the First Lady’s Association, Bernadita DLG. San Nicolas. “We greatly appreciate your contribution to our school.” (Lina Evangelista)
