CEC still tabulating early voting ballots

As of 9pm, the Commonwealth Election Commission has yet to issue any election results as they continue to tabulate early voting ballots.

According to CEC executive director Kayla Igitol, CEC has counted the first and second boxes of early voting ballots and are currently counting the third box.

“We will soon move on to box four. The last two boxes will be for Northern Islands. We will have results soon,” she said.

According to CEC commissioner Jose Pangelinan Kyoshi, CEC is still waiting for Koblerville and Kagman to consolidate their numbers while Tinian and Rota ballots have yet to arrive.
