CNMI DOL to transition to new Census of Employment Form

By the first quarter of calendar year 2024 and forward, the Department of Labor will no longer be accepting outdated versions of the Census of Employment (a.k.a. Total Workforce Listing) form.

All submissions for the first quarter must be in the new format.

For the latest version, visit labor.cnmi.gov. Click on “Resources,” “Forms and Publications,” then “Census of Employment (Total Workforce Listing)” to obtain a copy.

Outdated forms submitted to the department will be returned to the employer with a request to perform corrective actions. This is to ensure that reporting practices and procedures are aligned with Labor rules, policies, and regulations.

As a reminder, employers must take note of the following filing deadlines:

1st quarter (January, February, and March) due April 30

2nd quarter (April, May, and June) due July 31

3rd quarter (July, August, and September) due Oct. 31

4th quarter (October, November, and December) due Jan. 31
