Flash flood warning in effect

After hours of moderate to heavy showers, torrential at times, the National Weather Service in Tiyam Guam said a flash flood warning is now in effect.

Landon Aydlett significant rainfall has been training over Saipan since last night, persisting into the morning hours. “Many roads are with standing or swift moving water and gullies are full and it’s still dumping. Many secondary roads likely with significant scouring and erosion of gravel and rocks,” he said in a social media post. (PR)
