GRMC ranked as leading employer in ‘2024 Best Companies’ survey
GUAM—Guam Regional Medical City is recognized as one of the island’s best companies to work for, as highlighted by the Guam Business Magazine “Best Companies to Work For” island-wide survey.
GRMC employees participated in the survey, responding to questions based on a five-point scale with responses ranging from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree.” The survey consisted of six categories: Attraction and Retention, Communication, Working Environment, Leadership, Decision Making, and Performance Management and Recognition. GRMC achieved an overall rating of 4.25, placing it among Guam’s top companies to work for.
Communication and culture
The highest scoring category for GRMC was “Communication,” where the company averaged a 4.33. In this category, employees answered questions regarding their awareness of company changes, opportunities to express concerns, and whether they received an official orientation.
GRMC takes pride in cultivating a healthy and safe work culture that promotes inclusivity, opportunity to voice opinions, and acknowledging the hard work and dedication of its staff.
