Global tech outage causes flight delays

A global tech outage caused by a software update for Microsoft Windows operating systems affected flights coming into the CNMI. According to Commonwealth Ports Authority executive director Leo Tudela, international flights to Saipan were delayed by five hours.

CPA is currently in the process of restoring its systems following the outage.
