HS students to compete in inaugural moot court competition
The NMI Supreme Court invites the public to attend the inaugural High School Moot Court Competition on Dec. 6 and 7, when 18 students from across the CNMI will present arguments on behalf of their client in a mock case before a court of appeals.
The champions, finalists, and semifinalists will receive awards recognizing their achievement. The winning team will represent the Commonwealth at the National Association of Moot Court tournament at the University of California Santa Barbara in March 2024. Students with the best briefs and oral arguments will also be recognized.

The competition will take place at Guma’ Hustisia and is open to the public, beginning at 10am. (PR)
