MHS to celebrate 55 years with Dolphin 5.5K Color Run
Celebrating their 55th year anniversary with fun and fitness, Marianas High School is holding their Dolphin 5.5K Run this Saturday and are inviting members of the community to join them for the event starting at the Garapan Fishing Base across Kristo Rai Church.
The pathway color run will get an early start at 6:30am, and is anticipated to be one of the most colorful events of the weekend, with smiles and a blast of color and fun for everyone. Medals will be given to the best of the finishers in the following categories—overall, freshmen, juniors, seniors, and staff participants.
At the end of the race, each participant will get a chance to be a part of the event’s post-race raffle and have one free ticket and a shot at a various selection of incredible prizes. There will also be points given to MHS students involved in the run at 20 points per student and 1,000 points for the class with the most participants.
Those interested are encouraged to sign up for the event and registration is currently open at $10 per person.
On behalf of MHS, the school’s vice principal A. Romolo Orsini shared that they extend their warm invitation to those who want to participate.
