McDoulett is missing

Dive shop owner Joe William McDoulett has been declared missing.

According to a notice posted on the Department of Public Safety’s Facebook page today, Dec. 9, 2023, McDoulett, 54, of Chinatown, Saipan, was last seen leaving his residence on Dec. 8 at about 12:45pm.

The DPS notice states that McDoulett is described as a Caucasian male standing 5’6 tall and weighing about 165 pounds. He is bald and has blue eyes. More details later.
