PH mobile consular outreach on Saipan on Sept. 13, 14

The Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam will conduct mobile consular services on Saipan on Sept. 13 and 14 at the Sun Palace Hotel in Susupe.

In addition, the mobile consular services on Tinian will be held on Sept. 15 at JC Cafe Restaurant before moving to Rota the next day, Sept. 14, at Puesto Grill.

Beginning Sept. 3, 2024 until Sept. 10, 2024, all ePassport applicants are requested to secure their appointment slots through the Global Appointment Online Appointment System by logging in at passport.gov.ph and choosing the following site:

Applicants who need further assistance in using the online appointment system may send an email to the Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam at pcgagana@gmail.com.

The consular outreach team will also offer other consular services such as notarization/legalization, civil registry, overseas voters registration and acceptance of dual citizenship applications.

For applicants availing of civil registry (reports of birth, reports of marriage, and reports of death), notarials and dual citizenship applications, all documents and requirements must be submitted to the consulate general for pre-screening/evaluation and pre-processing on or before Sept. 10, 2024 via email at pcgagana@gmail.com. Pre-screening and pre-processing of civil registry documents and dual citizenship applications will be strictly observed.

For consular services, including passport renewal, that require civil registration documents (e.g. birth certificate and marriage certificate), only documents from the Philippine Statistics Authority or its predecessor, National Statistics Office, will be accepted.

The following shall be observed and implemented at the consular outreach mission:

1. Only passport applicants who have secured their appointment thru GOAS will be allowed at the venue, no escort(s), except for Senior Citizens, PWD and minor applicants;

2. Passport applicants are reminded to bring the print-out of their GOAS-generated passport application form on the date and time of their appointment;

3. Applicants are advised to show up at the venue on the date and time indicated in the schedule;

4. Passport applicants should wear proper attire (i.e. with collar and sleeves) for data capture purposes; and,

5. Ensure submission of complete requirements by checking at https://aganapcg.dfa.gov.ph/.

Further, in compliance with the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Foreign Service Circular FSC No. 2024-039 dated May 3, 2024, expedite fees for same-day processing and releasing of notarials, certifications, and authentication services, will be charged to consular applicants (except for passport transactions) in the amount of $10 per document during consular outreach missions.
