SHRM CNMI Chapter meeting to highlight UCEDDS
The CNMI Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management will host a general membership meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the Tropicana Restaurant of Grandvrio Resort starting at 8:30am. Doors will open at 8am.
This month’s meeting will delve into a crucial topic in the local workforce—services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, facilitated by Northern Marianas College. The session aims to provide valuable insights into the University Center in Excellence on Developmental Disabilities program’s significance, impact, and services.
Highlighting the event is guest speaker Eileen Alepuyo Babauta, UCEDD program director at NMC. With a wealth of experience and expertise in the field, Babauta is poised to deliver a comprehensive overview of UCEDD, shedding light on its key features, success stories, and ways in which it contributes to the growth of the CNMI workforce.
The following fees apply: $40 for SHRM members and $45 for non-members.
