Tracy Guerrero appointed AK Saipan GM
TAMUNING, Guam—Atkins Kroll, an Inchcape company, announced changes to its most senior leadership roles in Guam and Saipan.
Clark Boswell has been appointed to lead the business as general manager and vice president of AK Guam and Saipan, effective Aug. 9, 2024. Alex Yap, who is based in Guam and held the title of president of Atkins Kroll, has been appointed to lead the Inchcape Philippines business and will be based in the Philippines. Yap will continue to be part of Inchcape’s South Asia and Pacific leadership team.
AK also announced that Tracy Guerrero has been appointed to lead the Saipan business and will serve as general manager for Atkins Kroll Saipan. In this role, she continues to oversee the rental operations in Guam and will report to Boswell.

Alex also led the digitalization agenda to raise efficiency and productivity. His appointment to lead Inchcape’s Philippines business is a strong recognition of his capabilities.”

Boswell has been AK Saipan general manager since October 2023 and from July 2018 to February 2021. He joined the organization in 2014 and held senior positions throughout the business in Guam and Saipan. Boswell was senior manager of Operational Excellence for Inchcape APAC from 2022 to 2023 where he led the business integration with Inchcape APAC’s merger and acquisitions initiatives in Philippines and Indonesia. He managed the region’s digital platform program which launched full omnichannel sales platform for Singapore and Hong Kong Toyota.
Guerrero began her role on Aug. 9 and will be based on Saipan. Guerrero joined Atkins Kroll in 2022 as operations director in Guam overseeing facilities, capital improvement projects, and rental operations. Guerrero has been instrumental in transforming the rental operations in Micronesia since AK’s acquisition of Avis, Budget, and Payless Rent a Car. She will be integral to the opening of the new AK Saipan Toyota and Lexus Dealership in Puerto Rico, Saipan scheduled for later this year.
Guerrero is a very familiar face to Saipan. She previously served as corporate controller for Triple J Saipan and as chief financial officer for Northern Marianas College. She is a board member for Make a Wish Guam and CNMI.
