Tropical storm warning canceled

The U.S. National Weather Service Guam has canceled the tropical storm warning for Guam, Saipan, Tinian, and Rota at 2pm today.

As of the time of the 2pm update, Tropical Depression Bebinca (14W) has maximum winds of 35 mph moving west northwest at 26mph and located 190 miles west northwest of Guam, 215 miles west of Rota, 250 miles west southwest of Tinian, and 260 miles of west southwest of Saipan.
