This to extend my sincere appreciation to the honorable member’s of the Saipan and Northern Island Municipal Council and its chairman, the Honorable Gregorio V. Deleon Guerrero, for their wise decision in introducing the following Resolutions; 8SMC-2RS-67,68,69,70,71,72,73,&74,and securing their approval. I am sure the families of those officers also appreciated your actions. I just hope that you all turn around and see if you could have the names of fallen officers be part of our street names. If you could make an amendment, we salute you all!
