The total amount of prizes won at the Marianas Lottery has now reached over $390,000 with last Friday’s $10,000 bonus ball winner adding to the significant increase.

The local lottery also announced a brand new grand prize of $100,000 for the Friday lottery and a new additional Monday lottery drawing for the same grand prize.

Customers will have two different days to play for the $100,000 since the new Monday lottery drawing will start today, Aug. 9, to be conducted in the same manner as the Friday lottery.

The independent accounting firm of Ernst & Young continues to perform agreed upon procedures for all drawings so customers can be assured of honest and fair lottery drawings.

Tickets are still $1 per game and are sold at the Marianas Lottery office in Joeten Shopping Center and at authorized vendors throughout the island.

Monday and Friday sales will close at 6:30pm with the live simulcast lottery drawing at 7:30pm. The 2nd and 3rd prize payouts remain the same with the Bonus Ball for this week’s drawing at $5,000.

Also, a reminder that all unclaimed prizes are forfeited to the CNMI government after 60 days from the draw date and all winners are kept confidential.
