The House of Manhoben at Chalan Kanoa is holding a Workshop called “Young Female Empowerment” for girls in the CNMI ages 12 to 18 years old.

Topics include building self-esteem and women in leadership, including many fun cooperative activities that will be offered.

The Workshop will be at the Pacific Islands Club on Sept. 25, from 8:30am to 2:30pm.

Registration for the workshop is concurrent with the registration for Girls Volleyball, Girls Basketball and Girls Canoeing/Paddling at the House of Manhoben Center, from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

“Let’s give our young girls a chance. The above events are for girls only,” a House of Manhoben statement said.

Parents are encouraged to register their daughters. Space is limited, therefore, it will be on a first come-first serve basis.
