Based on quality of education, years in practice, professional affiliations, and board certifications, this honor is rare in the United States and unique in Micronesia.
Post arrived in the Marianas in April, worked for several years at Commonwealth Health Center and Community Guidance Center, and currently serves as chief psychiatrist at the Department of Corrections, a position she has held for nearly five years.
Post is qualified as a psychiatrist with additional credentials in addiction medicine, health care administration, and forensics.
