Rev & Tax sets employer seminar
The Division of Revenue and Taxation will be conducting two Employer’s Year-End Seminars on Dec. 10, 2004.
The first seminar will be from 8am to 11am and the second will be from 1pm to 4pm at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe.
The seminars will cover important compliance rules and instructions pertaining to the filing of Forms W-2CM, Wages and Tax Statement: OS-3710, Annual Reconciliation of Taxes Withheld; and W-2G, Gambling Statement. Also to be covered, are important compliance rules and instructions on the Magnetic Filing of these forms.
Businesses, employers and all payroll service companies are encouraged to attend. Confirm attendance by calling the administration office of the Division of Revenue and Taxation at 664-1000/1 or fax at 664-1015.
