MAN ALLEGEDLY STEALS GOLF CLUBS

A man is facing criminal charges for allegedly stealing golf equipment inside a vehicle, court records showed.

The Attorney General’s Office lodged charges of burglary and theft against 24-year-old Hilario T. Angui.

CNMI chief prosecutor David Hutton accused Angui of burglarizing the vehicle of one Francisco Santos Pangelinan on Saipan last Nov. 10.

MAN CHARGED FOR ASSAULTING ANOTHER WITH KNIFE

The Attorney General’s Office filed criminal charges against a man who allegedly threatened to harm another with a knife.

Facing charges is Santarino Sapong, a 35-year-old resident of Navy Hill.

Assistant attorney general Rebecca Warfield lodged charges of assault, assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace against Sapong.
