Manalo is 1Q Hafa Adai Hospitality awardee

Ivan A. Manalo from the Division of Agriculture/Quarantine is the 1st quarter recipient of the Hafa Adai Hospitality Award Program.

For his efforts, Manalo received a check from the Marianas Visitors Authority and gift certificates from Pacific Islands Club Saipan, DFS, and Saipan Grand Hotel.

The program was created to recognize individuals from the Divisions of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine who go the extra mile to welcome visitors in a hospitable and professional manner.

The MVA believes that it is important for our visitors to have a good “first impression” of the CNMI. Nominees are selected on a quarterly basis.
