I would like to respectfully request an appearance before the board of directors of the Marianas Public Lands Authority at their next scheduled meeting. The issue to be addressed is the recent decision made by the board to establish a massage parlor on the island of Managaha and the impact of this project on the Carolinian community and their culture.

The spiritual and cultural preservation of Managaha Island is of paramount interest to many individuals and organizations in the CNMI. The following organizations have requested that I represent them during my appearance before the board:

* Aghurubw Foundation
* Refalawasch Golf Association
* Carolinian And Related Language Assistance
* Refalawasch Music Society
* Refalawasch Scholarship Association
