A 19-year-old man is facing criminal charges at the Superior Court for allegedly barging into two houses on two different occasions and stealing valuables from them.

The Attorney General’s Office yesterday lodged two criminal cases against Moses Kaipat Buekis. In both cases, Buekis faces charges of burglary and theft.

In one of the cases, assistant attorney general John Eaton accused Buekis of burglarizing the residence of one daisy Villagomez-Bier in Kagman last December 6 and stealing a branded camera and paraphernalia and home appliances with a total value of $1,468.

On February 11, Buekis allegedly burglarized the Saipan home of one Ignacia K. Bhinyaw and stole home appliances worth some $1,030.
