NMPASI to host disability training

Northern Marianas Protection & Advocacy Systems Inc. will be hosting a training program for parents and educators who want to make a difference in the lives of children with disabilities.

The Parents & Teachers at the Frontline training will include:
* Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
* Individuals Education Plan (IEP)
* No Child Left Behind Act
* The Rehab Act, Section 504
* Local Education Laws and many more.

The sessions will be separately held on three islands: March 21, at the Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino on Tinian; March 22 at the Pacific Islands Club’s Charley’s Cabaret on Saipan; and March 23, at the Sunset Villa on Rota. The training is from 9am to 4pm.
