Islands’ top debaters meet today
The Northern Mariana Islands Council for the Humanities cordially invites the public to attend the Third Annual Covenant Day Debate to be held at the Guma Hustisia from 9am to 12 noon today, March 24.
The Northern Mariana Islands Council for the Humanities cordially invites the public to attend the Third Annual Covenant Day Debate to be held at the Guma Hustisia from 9am to 12 noon today, March 24.
This event features eight of the Commonwealth’s top student debaters who will be competing in the Middle School Forensic League Division (6th-8th grades) and the National Forensic League Division (9th-12th grades). First place finishers in each division will have their names inscribed on perpetual trophies.
The Humanities Council is a non-profit corporation dedicated to bringing quality humanities programming to the people of the Commonwealth.
