The 2005 BANMI 25-and-under Basketball League resumes with a bang this Friday at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium after a two-week break.

Action in the league returns with a big clash featuring two undefeated teams renewing their rivalry.

Defending champion SaipanCell-NMC Hoopaholics and powerhouse Toyota Prius, both entering on top of the team standings with perfect 4-0 win-loss cards, will put their perfection on the line as they collide in the evening opener, with tip off set for 6:30pm.

After the match, both teams will have only two more remaining regular season games, with Team Hoops facing the Tanapag Warriors and San Antonio Wildcats and Prius taking on Ulloa and the Warriors.

The match was originally scheduled to be the final regular season bout for both teams, however, the two week break that gave way to the recent 15th Annual Jam Attack Volleyball Tournament and in observance of Holy Week made the change.

Games originally scheduled the past two weeks will be made up to close the regular season.

Meanwhile, the Ghasias 7-Kings will take on the Wildcats in the nightcap, expected to begin at 8pm. The Wildcats are currently fourth in the team standings with a 2-2 card while the 7-Kings sport a 1-3 record.

Action continues on Saturday with the G-Rollers pushing for their second win as they battle the Warriors, who will try to break into the win column. The game is scheduled for 1pm.

Following is a bout between Ulloa and the San Vicente Sunrisers. Ulloa currently sports the second best 3-1 card while the Sunrisers, like the Warriors, aim for their first win.

Meanwhile, the league reminds four teams that failure to settle their requirements before April 1 results in eviction from competition.

The Sunrisers, Warriors, G-Rollers, and Wildcats have yet to settle their entrance fee and must also supply the league with documents for proof of ages for each player in the team.

League official Elias Rangamar earlier said teams who do not comply with the requirements by Friday will be taken out of the league. If all four do not settle their fees and documents requirements, only four teams will remain.

A meeting is set for 12pm Thursday at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium conference room to discuss the matter. Representatives from the four mentioned teams must be present.
