New operator takes over Chalan Kiya Mobil station
The Chalan Kiya Mobil Service Station will be spun off by Mobil Oil Marianas Islands and will be operated by an individual station operator effective April 13, 2005.
In a notice issued yesterday to all vendors, suppliers and wholesalers, Mobil Oil Marianas Islands said it would no longer operate the Chalan Kiya Mobil Service Station after April 13. It will be operated by Sim Corp. and will be considered an agent for Mobil Oil.
The oil firm advised all vendors, suppliers and wholesalers to forward any future billing to the mailing address and contact information to Sim Corp.
Emiko Minami of Sim Corp. advised companies doing business with the Chalan Kiya Mobil Service Station that all invoices for merchandise received before April 13, 2005 should be forwarded to Mobil Oil Marianas Islands.
“Kindly close all and any accounts under Mobil Oil Mariana Islands. Sim Corporation will not be responsible for any monies due to your company before the stated. Kindly adjust records and accounts to reflect this change in management,” Sim Corp. said in a statement.
