Federal prosecutors yesterday charged a woman with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine hydrochloride or “ice” at the U.S. District Court.

Joaquina Pangelinan Reyes entered into a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, but the agreement was filed under seal.

It was unclear yet if Reyes entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere [no contest].

Assistant U.S. attorney Timothy Moran filed the charge against Reyes, accusing the woman of conspiring to distribute some 50 grams of ice between October 2004 to March 4, 2005.
