OES PTSA meeting next week

The Parents Teachers Students Association of the Oleai Elementary School would like to inform the parents and guardians of OES students that the PTSA meeting will be on Tuesday, May 10, 6pm, in the school cafeteria.

KES activities in May and June

May 1-7: Teacher Appreciation Week

May 2-6: Standards Based Assessment (3rd-6th)

May 9-13: Final Exam, 4th quarter

May 30: No school, Memorial Day

June 1: 6th grade farewell ceremony

June 3: Last day of school (half day, report card)

WSR registration schedule

The William S. Reyes Elementary School has begun the registration for school year 2005-2006.

4th Grade May 2-6, 2005

5th Grade May 9-13, 2005

6th Grade May 16-20, 2005

Kindergarten students must be born on Sept. 1, 1999 to Aug. 31, 2000 to be eligible to register and must be residing within the Chalan Kanoa, Susupe, As Perdido and Chalan Piao School Zones. The same goes to the rest of the grade level. Registration will be held in the principal’s office from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

In order to prevent unnecessary delay, parents are urged to provide the school registrar with copies of the following documents:

Birth Certificate

Health Certificate

Health Insurance

Social Security Number

“We cannot register students without the above documents, so make sure you have the documents with you,” the school said.

Sister Remedios school registration set

Registration at the Sister Remedios Early Childhood Development Center School for the coming school year 2005-2006 is now open and ongoing.

If you are interested in enrolling your child, you can stop by the school and pick up the application form and all the pertinent information you will need.

Oleai Elementary School registration

Oleai Elementary School said that the registration for students transferring into Oleai Elementary School, (Grades 2nd through 6th) registration will be in June to July 2005.
Documents required for registration are:

Birth certificate (from the court)

School entrance Health Certificate

Current Accident or Health Insurance Coverage

Residency Map

Legal Adoption/Guardianship documents
(if applicable)

Valid CNMI entry permit (if applicable)

Transfer-In/Withdrawal forms and report card from previous school for transfer-in students

Oleai Elementary School zone covers the areas bounded by south of Hongkong Restaurant on Beach Road to Quarter Master, Gualo Rai, Middle Road Chalan Laulau, Chalan Kiya (Golf Course), bottom of As Terlaje Hill, North of Island Market to Falughula, and San Jose (Oleai).
