Do you think animals deserve kindness? Well, I do. Everyone deserves kindness. Animals deserve kindness because they are our companions, assistants, God’s creation, and part of the balance of nature.

First of all, when we are feeling lonely, our animals are there to play, talk, or even eat with us. For example, I remember being at my auntie’s house one day and it was pretty boring until Chestnut, her dog, came. We had so much fun playing “Hide that chew toy!”

Second, animals are around to assist us. When we need help, they’ll try their best to finish the deed. For instance, my sister needed help throwing the garbage, when suddenly a dog came. He started to lift the bag. After that my sister spent most of the day playing with that dog.

Third, God created these animals. I think he did that because he wanted everyone to have a unique friend.

Finally, they are links to Mother Nature. To illustrate, when we see a bird we know it eats bugs. The bug eats plants and plants use the sun’s energy to make food.

See! Animals do deserve our kindness. They help control nature’s balance. Mistreating these innocent animals will destroy our relationship with Mother Nature. Animals are also great companions and assistants. The kinder you are to them, the more appreciative they will be. So, if you see animals, just remember that they help us anyway they can.
