A man is facing criminal charges for allegedly assaulting another and damaging the victim’s car.
A man is facing criminal charges for allegedly assaulting another and damaging the victim’s car.
The Attorney General’s Office lodged the charges against 32-year-old Isidro F. Castro.
CNMI chief prosecutor Jeffrey Moots said Castro attacked Daniel Castro on Saipan last May 23.
The charges include assault and battery and criminal mischief. (John Ravelo)
