ASVAB test this Saturday
Who: Individuals who want to go active duty army (17-34 years of age), individuals who want to go army reserve (17-39 years of age), all who want to be an army of one.
What: The ASVAB, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery
Where & When: June 25, 2005, Saturday, at 8:30am and 1:30pm at U.S. Army Reserve Center
Why: Because you want to further your education, travel to distant and exciting places, you need valuable training to get a better job, you want to serve your country and commonwealth, and you want to get paid!
Interested people must bring a picture I.D. to process. If there are any questions, call collect (671) 477-7665 and ask for Sfc. Abadam (cell 671-557-3540) or Sgt. Salas (cell 671-667-3380).

Cooking classes at RP consulate
The Philippines’ Overseas Workers Welfare Administration will conduct a training program on culinary arts (Chinese cuisine) on June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17 and July 24, 2005 from 1pm to 5pm at the Filipino Workers Resource Center. Interested overseas Filipino workers must register at the OWWA, Ground Floor, Nauru Building, Susupe. The maximum number of participants is 30, hence this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
