PSS ratchets up reading campaign

Last Saturday's worldwide release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the perfect opportunity for parents to practice their skills in reading aloud to their children and the Public School System has stepped up to the plate, giving out a series of tips and advice on the proper way to do so.
